WBC 4 bedroom has two wings with a king size bed with bath on each end and then 1 additional bedroom with a bath across the hall that has 2 double beds in each room. So if you can sleep 2 to a bed you will come out OK. The 8 kids could take the smaller rooms and the 3 adults use the 2 king size beds. Then you have a large living space in the middle with large balcony dining table and kitchen.

You won't want to book directly through WBC. It will be very costly. We have used Vacation Strategy and I know Vacation Upgrades is another one lots of Disers use. You can email them for a quote.
We rented a 2BR in Oct 2012 and have a 2BR rented for this June with VS. WBC sits right next to the Caribbean Beach Resort so you have to get on WDW roadways to access WBC which means it is right in the heart of WDW without paying the hefty prices

For a crew that big, you might want to rent a villa with a private pool. The nice thing about renting a home is that you won't have to drag everything and everybody to the pool at once because the pool is out the back door. In a house, everyone could have a bedroom with a real bed and not have to sleep on a pull out couch. We stay at this villa every year and pay around $1200 total including taxes and fees.

I just posted that villa to give you an idea of what's out there. That villa is in Davenport and may be further out than you would like, but there are similar villas in the Formosa Gardens area (Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Emerald Isle, Indian Creek)that would be closer.
