Condo after New Year's Bash

Has anyone ever stayed at a WH condo after New Year's Eve? Just wondering what the condition of the condos/houses are after a New Years' bash. Do the cleaning contractors do a good job of cleaning?

Also curious, whether you would wash all the bedding/linens upon arrival, or do you trust that the cleaners were thorough enough. I personal would like to not do other people's laundry while on holidays, but nor do I want to sleep on sheets not washed.
