Modern Bride was my favorite magazine when I was engaged. I'm really surprised about that 1. Elegant Brides is shutting down too. That leaves only BRIDES left. Interesting, ppl never stop getting married.

Gourmet, I've never even looked at, But the Top Chef winner usually gets a cover or something from that 1. I wonder how they'll work that out.

Cookie, I think, is a parenting magazine, and those run a dime a doz. these days. I doubt that 1 will be missed.

octoberbride-I think you mean "Food and Wine"...that is the show the TC winner gets a spread in.

I am SHOCKED by Gourmet...I mean, really flabbergasted and shocked. I subscribe to it, plus Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, and Taste of Home. Gourmet would be the LAST one I would suspect of closing down. I am very sad!
