Which one would you choose? I've never been to either of them and I'm having a hard time making a decision.:confused3

If you have little ones and would like character dining (buffet), then go for 1900 Park Fare.

Concourse has nothing special for the little ones, except good steak :)

It has been confirmed that CS will be closing for good sometime in 2008 (I think), so you may or may not have a choice. We tried CS in April, mostly for the atmosphere that it promised- "watching the monorail whisk by". Unfortunately they seated us in a corner underneath a soffit so we couldn't see anything. The waitress wasn't very attentative, she couldn't seem to keep our drinks refilled. The main entree was neither bad nor spectacular....but I will say the chocolate cake we had for dessert was VERY GOOD. Too bad the mousekeeping staff in our resort (FQ) decided to take out the rest of it out of the refrigerator the next day and throw it away.

Needless to say no more tips for mousekeeping!

Concourse would be my choice. I prefer this type of restaurant over buffets and since it is closing would be nice to try. IMO. But at the same time 1900 park was good. It could just come down to buffet vs nonbuffet. popcorn::
