Concourse Steakhouse

We have an ADR for Concourse on May 30th if you were me would you risk that it will be open and renovation has not started. Or would you book something else?

I think you'll be fine. The latest rumors are pointing to the Concourse closing in early '08. At the worst, it probably won't close until sometime after the summer season.

Think about it this way, if they were actually going to close in May, there would have been some sort of announcement by now, as you're less than 30 days off.
