We want to find the one option meals that give you the most bang for your buck...

Concourse looked interesting.

Is it any good?

Food and service are good, athomosphere is a little dull. If you have a choice, the Yachtsman Steakhouse is a little better, Concourse doesn't always get the best reviews on the is board, but I am a fan.

Consistency is a good thing.....

:)

We have been to Concourse on every trip so far. Great food, Great Service, and Great Price!. For the price you can't beat it. It is not the best steakhouse on grounds but it is great for the price. :earseek:

I consider it the most underrated restaurant on property. The ambiance is not the best in the world, especially with Chef Mickey's next door, but the food and service are very good.

My family and I went over the CHristmas holidays and loved it. We have decided it is our first night meal every trip!

Just ate there last week and I was really impressed- Had shrimp cocktail, asian wings, seafood soup for apps- shrimp was fat and big and great, wings were very good and my DH said the soup was excellent. All ordered filet mignon's for dinner- delicious- as were the mashed potatoes and fried onions- Ordered Berry Crisp, cheesecake and choc cake for dessert- all were tremendous! I would definately visit again!! 2nd best meal of the trip- Kona Cafe was #1.

We enjoyed it and thought it was excellent. Everything was wonderful.

I'm a huge Concourse Steakhouse fan. Though I do agree that the atmosphere is a bit dull, the food is fabulous at any time of day. It's rarely crowded --- my family normally stays at the Contemporary and we've all had breakfast, lunch and dinner there without ressies (though I would recommend to be on the safe side). The breakfast smoothies at Concourse are great! However, a definate must try for anyone --- the dessert sampler at dinner. We got it and shared it among three last year and each of us were in love :lovestruc . I think it has 6 different desserts and all were wonderful. The creme brulee, tiramisu and lemongrass and fruit compote were our faves.

I was there last week and would say I dont think we would do it again. Hubbie said it was great he had shrimp cocktail and filet mignon. I had caesar salad disgusting with big hunks of parmesan cheese on it . It didnt even taste like caesar salad. Then I ordered penne and sent it back it too had the big hunks of parmeasan on it . So I ended up with penne with olive oil on it. The desserts were yummy though!
If you are on the myw plan try le cellier just got changed to one table service . We will try that one next time and skip concourse. Hubbie said to only reccommend if you are going to eat steak.
imho
