Concourse Steakhouse - contemporary

we are on the free dining plan. thinking of changing some adr's. looking for feedback on concourse. how is the atmosphere too?

We ate there this past trip over a week ago, it was one of our favorites!! The tables are not so close together like the other disney resturants. I had the ribs and add on shirmp it was delcious, especially the shirmp, nice and big and so great tasting. The shirmp cocktail was awesome as well, as for Chef Mickey being near, I really wouldn't have notice, maybe cause we were not that close to it from our tables. My sister had the fillet mignon, it was one of the better fillet she had thw whole trip, and the mashed potatoes were really great. Everything was awesome!!

Just bumping as I have reservations here on our first night and want to know more as well.

We love to dine there!!! It is sort of a calm oasis right next to the chaos of Chef Mickeys (which is really fun, but loud, hectic and always busy)....we have always had excellent food there (although I have read several ho-hum reviews)...we have never had to wait for a table and service is usually good. It is open, the monorail goes right over your head and just feels a lot less rushed than many of our Disney dining experiences

We have reservations there for our first night at the CR in November!! Can't wait (7 weeks from today actually!!)

It is great.... But if you can go to the 15th floor to the grill and eat and watch the firework's they have a view to die for..
