We are trying to add this to our AAA package and am wondering if it is worth the trouble! What are the typical breakfast offerings and is there a dessert offering? Thanks!

At PP the breakfast was: cold cereal, instant oatmeal, bagels, pastries, fruit, juice, hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). During the day there are usually chocolate chip cookies and "uncrustable" pb&j sandwiches, chips and fruit. The evening was cheese, cracker, dried fruit, and something hot (mini burgers, meat balls, other small snack foods- one item an evening). There is pop, juice boxes and water available all the time.

For the $100+ a day, it wasnt really worth it for our family. We dont spend enough time a the hotel to really take advantage of all the offerings. We did have breakfast daily and it was a time saver. But we only made it back for the evening offerings one night. And the only afternoon we were there was the day we checked in! We also never used the dvd player and movies.

I stayed in the standard room at GC, I knew for me I could no justify the extra $$$ and I am glad I didn't. I was hardley in my room the whole trip :dance3: I saved that money for better dinners and I still had snacks and plenty of drinks during the day

I think you have to decide if it is worth it to you. The concierge services also include help getting the reservations you want. We enjoyed this last year and plan to use it again in October. Breakfast was typical continental fare. They have the best chocolate croissants. Afternoon time was chocolate chip cookies, chips, Uncrustable PB&J(grape jelly), and fruit. Evenig was cheese, crackers, fruit, a hot appetizer, chips and salsa, several different pasteries( ie: cream puffs, coconut macaroons), wine, and beer. Apple juice boxes, 12 oz. dasani water, and 12 oz. bottled coke products. You can take 2 drinks out of the lounge with you at a time. We would normally take a water and a soft drink. There are fridges in your room,so you can keep them cold just in case you would like a drink when you get back to the room at night. We would take the water5 with us to the park. We also recieved mickey mouse shaped rice crispy treats the first night. I would be happy to answer any other questions you might have. We love PPH.
