concierge thru Costco?

Concierge thru Costco? i booked a 3 bedroom suite. They said I can only request concierge and I won't know if we have concierge until we check in. Does this sound right?

Doesn't Concierge cost more? Shouldn't they be able to tell you based on what they bill you for?

Call Disney now and ask. If you wait until you get there, you likely won't be able to get it unless there is still space available, and if you're going at a busy time, there won't be. They charge a certain amount per night extra for concierge and I think you should be able to do this if you call--Costco's reservations are booked directly through Disney anyway.

I'm going to guess that Costco wouldn't be able to do this without calling Disney either. If it isn't an option on the reservation page when you're booking and Costco reps aren't seeing any way to do it, you're probably better off calling Disney yourself.

Edited to add: they only have a limited number that they will allow to book concierge. You may be willing to pay the extra cost but if they've filled the allowed number already you can't do it.

Dizme, I've tried when I call in my payments but all they will do is say that it shows that I have requested it. And I am calling Disney for that. Not going until January really want this to work but not getting to the right people? thought I had it all lined up with room only ressy but when I changed to Costco pkg I seem to have lost it.

Yes it's extra and yes you have to call. We go through WTD room only and they can not add it either it has to be done through the Hotel. Most of the time we are told they will request it but we won't know until we arrive. When I called to ask to add it to my November stay, the CM told me it had been added and guaranteed so I was surprised. I thought maybe he misspoke but we did get an updated email showing it added. Maybe they will only guarantee it on a certain number of suites and after that it is a wait and see. That all being said, we have always received it even when they have told us it is a request only.

Interesting! I have only booked concierge through the hotel system. Maybe you could try to call the hotel directly and see if they can add it to your reservation. I found two phone numbers that are supposed to be for GCH specifically: 714-635-2300 and 866-715-0006. Good luck!!

Your issue is in your last sentence. You can't book concierge through third party reservations for suites. You will have to wait til arrival.

It occurred to me after I read through your original post that you never said which hotel, so I apologize for thinking it was GCH It may not work but you've got nothing to lose by calling. Here are all the numbers:
