I'm looking for any personal experiences anyone may have about using the concierge service at one of the DL property resorts. Photos and links would be great! I'm wanting to know specifics, ie, what it entails, how it is vs. WDW resorts.

We stayed at PP conc. level in Oct. 05, 4 nights.

Your stay starts with express check in. They lead you to the conc. lounge where you can have drinks (water, coke productss and juice boxes) and snacks (cookies, fruit, and uncrustable pbj sandwiches), while they check you in and make sure your room is ready.

The breakfast was a simple continental- cold cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, bagels/pastries, milk and juice. The conc. lounge opened about 6:30 am.
In the evening they offer beer, wine and snacks for about 2 hours. The snacks were pastries, cheese, crackers and fruit, and one hot item such as miniburgers, hot wings,etc- kept warm in a large crockpot. Our family ate in there one evening, and FIL ate there most evenings without us. Each person in your party may take 2 beverages with them when they leave the lounge. We kept some in our room for late nights and took some to the park with us.

There was always a cm in the lounge to answer questions, make PS, look up info, etc. Your bed gets turned down daily, with chocolates left on the pillows. The first night you get a plate of Mickey rice crispy treats, with chocolate dipped ears. There are DVD's and players available for use.

While it ws nice and we had no complaints, for our family it was not worth the cost. We simply dont spend enough time at the hotel to use everything offered.
