Hello.
I read so much of Concierge stays. What exactly are they? What do they include? Where do i find the point differences with these stays? Is this available for all resorts?

DVC Concierge is only available at Animal Kingdom Villas. You can find the point charts here:

Remember that concierge reservations will be hard to get because there are so few units available (5 2BR lock-offs, which equals 5 studios + 5 1BRs).

There are NON-DVC concierge lounges at all the deluxe resorts that you can book using your points, but they will incur the $95 charge and be very point heavy. Or you could just reserve them with cash through central reservations.
