We found the GF Club Level pre-trip concierge booking service pretty nearly useless for getting ADRs.
A CM with that service told us they'd keep trying to book our ADRs up to 24 hours before our arrival but admitted they only try once daily due to their client load. They'll ask your preferred time range, which is helpful. We had two we hadn't yet gotten; they got one. We concluded we'd DIY after that and did despite staying club level consistently.
The GF main building concierges were wonderful the year we were there at Christmas. We'd sent a purchase to MK package pickup early on Christmas Day, stupidly expecting MK wouldn't stay closed so long we'd not be able to go back to get it. Wrong!
By the time MK reopened, we had to leave for our dinner ADR so asked the concierge for help because we were leaving the next morning and would have no park ticket.
The concierge initially understood me to mean the package was at Orlando's Chamber of Commerce and looked puzzled. Once he understood I meant the MK's COC, he assured me a courier would fetch our package, given our claim ticket.
Our package was sitting in our room upon our return from dinner with a lovely note wishing us a Happy New Year.
The CL concierges are wonderful. Haven't used those at resort front desks so don't know the extent of their services.
