Concierge service?

Which rooms have the concierge service? I'm staying at the POR and i'm reading about all the personalized services and how they get to pick there room. I'm going for my honeymoon in November so if it's worth it I might upgrade. Also is it available to POR. Please give me a little info on Concierge. thanx

At WDW, Concierge is only available at the Deluxe resorts. Several of them too, have 2 "levels" of Concierge Service, full and "lite".

We had a wonderful stay at the CR, 14th floor, full concierge service. The 2 lower priced deluxe resorts with Concierge service would be WL and AKL.

GF has full and light concierge
CR has full and light concierge

YC, BC, BW, AKL, WL, Poly all have full concierge. The Swan and Dolphin also offer a club level room, which has expanded services, but do not offer as much as the other deluxes do.

I didn't find theCL at WL to be as "full concierge" as some of the others. I know many love that resort, but the CL was really nothing to write home about when compared to the others. The food was on a table in the middle of the hall, there was no comfortable lounge or seating areas, and you had to stand while making arrangements with the CM's--their "desk" is a little afterthought shoved in a corner. Hardly makes you feel like you're welcome to be there.

The Island Planning office at the Polynesian handles the calls and emails for the WL conceirge and they refer to it in a different name (that I cannot remember now) but they say it is not full concierge.
