Just wondering...at most hotels I've stayed at, concierge services were offered to all guest, minus the food buffets and turn down service. I was wondering if there are concierge stations near the check-in desks at all Disney resorts to help guests with resort, restaurant and park questions/information, as well as making reservations at Disney and off property restuarants. Again, I ask this only because every hotel I've stayed at offered these services free of charge. Thanks!:wave2:

At WDW, they call that Guest Services. There is a Guest Services counter at each hotel.

yes, minus the food and lounge, Disney has what other hotels have, they call it the guest services desk to help with dining arrangements, purchasing or adding on to park tickets, answers to your general questions..etc..

some of the resorts have a separate desk for this, like the GF, some you can just go up to the check-in desk, and they will assist with whatever you need.

have fun
Laura :)

Yes, I have used guest services. Just be advised, they don't have the same "pull" as the Concierge's. ;) If a resturant is "booked up", a Concierge may get you in while guest services will not.
