concierge room requests?

sorry if this was asked before, but it seems that the search function isnt up at the moment. im curious, would concierge handle room requests? or is that only through calling and makin the reservation?

They sure do take room requests. Just email your planner and let them know your preferences. They will note it in your res file and it will be pulled up when you check-in at Polynesian!
