Concierge room....door magnets?

Going on my first Disney cruise on May 4th, been on 3 other cruises, we are staying in a concierge room and it is my understanding those doors are not magnetic, how can we decorate our door all cute like??? I dont want to be left out and want the full experience! TY in advance!

The doors are magnetic. On Dream/Fantasy, they are covered with a wood finish that makes it hard for regular magnets to hang on. You need neodymium magnets. On Magic/Wonder, the concierge doors are regular and any magnet should work

Is the same true of the inside of the door? I am planning to bring magnetic hooks for our lanyards inside the door, but I won't waste suitcase space on them if they won't work.

Regular magnets work on the inside.

We just got of the Dream Concierge on March 9th. Our neighbors had their magnets held up by scotch tape. Not sure if they brought that along or got it from someone on the team. We had another neighbor that had a fish extender hooked on the door decoration.

Tape or any kind of adhesive is prohibited per DCL policy, so they must have brought it themselves and got away with it (not surprising; I could see how a concierge host might prefer the tip to enforcing the policy).

With the right magnets it can be done, but why change the beauty of the dream concierge doors by being cute? To me the experience of concierge is how lovely things are as designed.
