Concierge Requests Being Sent Out?

We're Platinum but first-time Concierge for a Jan 2021 cruise. Does Concierge still contact us for our requests if they know the cruise isn't going to happen? Getting our hopes up just to be crushed against the rocks? Our 130 day will be Sept 8.
 
Yes We are on the Fantasy NYE, Shoreside sent email before 130 days, I sent our request on Aug 23rd, all our request were filled at 125th day Cabana! tastings and excursions. As my kids say it will be my Fantasy if we actually sail.
Call Shoreside if you have not received an email.

Yes, Concierge will still contact you even though the cruise is doomed. They did it for our cancelled September cruise that had no chance of sailing at that point. They acted totally normal about it. I just ignored the messages- no point in responding.

Yeah, you are probably correct that it won't happen. We received the email yesterday. Just looking at the possibilities takes away the reality hurt. Miss Havisham (Great Expectations) in real life.
 
Just got a notice sent last week for our January 11, 2021 Dream Cruise.
 
If sailing on Jan 22, when would we expect to get the email from shoreside? Will it contain all the things they can book? I can't see any tastings and character greetings etc online (assuming they would still happen ofc). Do we need to reply back at 130 days or 125 days?

We sail Jan 15th and received the email Aug 31st. I could not see tastings, characters, etc either. Shore excursions are available to see and learn about. Our reply date is 1200 am Sept 12 with the normal Platinum online check-in Sept 17. The reply is 130 days.

Shoreside will send the email 130 days before the cruise, you submit your requests at midnight on the 125th.
