Concierge Question

Thanks for the info. Does anyone else have an opinion as to whether you get a better table and/or service, or shorter wait if you have the concierge make PS's, as opposed to making them yourself? I'm not planning to do shows like Hoop Dee Doo, or Luau, just nice sit-down restaurants (Kona Cafe, Brown Derby, Boma, and a couple of Epcot restaurants). I had to work hard to convince DH to do concierge, and want to get the most out if it. Thanks!
