Concierge Question

We will be staying on the concierge floor at the WL this September. Does anyone know if our vacation has to be paid in full before concierge will contact us about PS, etc?
 
My trip is paid in full for a while now. We're going down in 35 days, staying at the GF concierge & I still haven't heard from them. I guess I should call, but I don't have that many requests for them to fill for me. If you do, then I would call them. I don't have the tel.# for you, but I'm sure someone else can post it.
 
I have BC Concierge booked and paid in full for August and about 2 weeks ago I got a letter and itinery planner from them. I filled it out and yesterday received an email from the planner stating that all PS were made and to contact her if I needed further assistance.
 
Your stay does not need to be paid in full before they contact you. Some people don't finish paying until they check in-all depends who your reservation is through.

WL never contacted us before our last stay. We never knew they should have. For some reason I just don't think they do that for everyone like a lot of the other concierges on property.

You can certainly call them yourself and request assistance with PS's or anything else. They should be able to help you with just about anything.

I don't have the phone or e-mail anymore but I am sure you can get it from someone on these boards.
 

Whether you've paid in full should not effect whether you're called. We only pay ahead (other than the deposit) if we're on an all inclusive package. When we've stayed concierge we've done a room only ressie and not paid ahead. We've been called ahead each time. These have not been at WL however. Have fun!
 
I have never stayed at WL but I have stayed at Poly and I know I was contacted on every occasion at least 60 days out and I never pay in full until I arrive. Also, we just booked BW concierge for Nov and I got a letter from them within 10 days of paying the deposit. I sent the letter in, then just Friday I got an email telling me they got my request sheet and it is too soon to book them now, but they have logged my requests to be booked when they are available.
