Concierge Question

So we are checking in to AKV 2 bedroom concierge on September 28th.
I received a phone call from them asking if there is anything they can do for us before we arrive. I am not sure exactly what this means other than them being able to make dining reservations and safari reservations.
Is there some other features or services concierge can provide for us?
Just wondering because I would LOVE to have a keg of beer in our room awaiting our arrival!

They can also make golf reservations, try to book specialty cruises (probably too late for that anyway), dinner show reservations.

Some people ask them to place WDW surprises in the rooms. You supply the cc#, they do the shopping. I've never done that.
