I didn't notice any major difference, been Concierge on the Dream twice and Fantasy once. Some of the artwork was different.

They are expanding the Dream concierge lounge in dry dock next month so we won’t know exactly what the changes are until people report back mid-October.

Dream is going into dry dock and there will be changes to concierge. Otherwise they are basically identical-as of now

Rumors are they're expanding the sun deck on the Dream -- but they're also adding more concierge rooms, I believe, so the expectation is that concierge will be more crowded on the Dream after the dry dock. It'll be interesting to see reports once the changes actually take place.

IMO, DCL has been far behind with their Concierge Experience for Guests at the price point in play. The WISH Concierge Experience was a giant leap for DCL in getting closer to many other cruise line's Concierge Level, so updating the offerings on Dream and Fantasy was a No Brainer requirement. Larger/improved Lounge and Sun Deck is a start but providing an Open Bar and Private Restaurant will likely never be a DCL Concierge Perk.

Some rumors for now, but it is expected that:
- The concierge lounge on the Dream is getting remodeled (not a rumor, themed to Hercules - renderings released)
- The lounge is being expanded and will bring in more food offerings similar to the Wish (rumor)
- They did announce some changes to the Spa, which could support this as to expand the lounge there are some spa treatment rooms that would have to be taken over
- The concierge sun deck is being expanded so it has a water view (taking over a bit more of satellite falls) (rumor)
- They are adding more concierge rooms midship deck 10 (not a rumor, this booking category has been seen on some future cruises)

Unknown if existing concierge rooms are getting a makeover / update. Hope is, if adding more concierge rooms that all get the same new look.

So, to answer the OP question: it's either identical to the Fantasy or it's totally different

And, I'm assuming the Fantasy will get similar treatment during her dry dock in 2025. So they might be totally different, but not for too long (if that's to be believed).
