Concierge preplanning ?

I have booked through TA and should have my documents towards the ends of December '05 at the latest. However, I am wondering if I can contact concierge now w/some questions and requests.

ETA: I started planning very late as this trip was a very sudden decision...wished it could have been different, but I am trying to make the best of it

You should have been contacted by Concierge already if your TA isn't handling all of that. Where are you staying? You can look for the concierge thread and contact them directly.

All reservations booked through a TA are 'owned' by the TA, so any pre-planning information usually go to the TA unless you let the pre-planning cast members know otherwise.

I contact the pre-planning CM and ask him/her to help me out w/whatever arrangements, but I have to tell him to send the info to me...otherwise the details automatically goes to my TA???

If you contact the Itinerary Planning Office on your own, they will most likely see on thier own that the reservation is a TA res, and they will change it automatically. However, what I meant was that without you contacting them, everything would otherwise go to the TA.

Tammi, it is concierge on both. We figured since this was our first time we would take as much help as we could get!! LOL! Of course, we are going to be bumming next time since we probably will not be going concierge then.
