Concierge perks of royal suites....GO


As PP's have mentioned, the concierge team will bend over backwards to help you. We just sailed in the Walt Suite on the Magic this summer and Andy and Julia were amazing. We had an issue with a private car we wanted to book and, with one call to Julia, the issue was resolved within 15 minutes. Andy also helped us very quickly with a dining issue. I know this isn't exclusive to just a Royal suite, but just wanted to let you know how wonderful the CM's are. Oh, and the Palo dinner in the room! Amazing! We were able to order for our DS7 as well! It's the only way I know of that children can actually eat a Palo meal! Andy and Julia gave my DS numerous gifts as well - a stuffed Mickey and a tiger, many arcade cards (Julia would play Uno with the concierge kids and the winner would get a card, but they all managed to get a few!) It was, all in all, a really magical experience!
 
I did get my email back from shoreside concierge confirming what was posted here about the pillow menu. Just have to tell them what and how many of what you want and they will provide them. I wish I knew this from our last cruise.
 
The pillow menu is awesome! You'll enjoy it for sure. I usually order 1 of each kind!
 
Yes but as posted OP booked a Royal and asked re that.
op did not confirm booking until after kaseyc made their post. having extra information is always good, please do not discourage that.
as you can see, the person who contacted shoreside concierge was happy they had the information now, where you suggested they wait to get on board. the information highway is a good thing.
