I am leaving for WDW in 9 (WOW ) days and we are staying at the GF, Garden view room. It is just a friend & I and our 4 kids, we thought the monorail would be alot easier since our DH's would not be around. I am also planning a trip for a total of 4, poss. 5, families for this Sept. ( that FTP is just too good to pass up!) We really don't want to stay at the all-stars, too small, and we have stayed at the CSR, in June 2001, so we really want somewhere different.

With this FTP it will be possible to upgrade to Concierge and I am really considering it. But will it be worth my money? I really do enjoy the planning stages and since I will be doing all the planning will I not be using a big benefit of going Concierge level?

I figure that we will be utilizing the hotel more since the hours are shorter in Sept ??

Any help from ya'll (can you tell where I am from?) would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

With 4 kids it will make life easier if you don't have to be rushing out for food and drinks all the time. Our kids are 4 & 8 and we have found the concierge to be very convenient for that. And with every trip I have let them book more things for us. (This trip has been the most with 5 things...so far.)

It really is a personal decision and if you feel it will be worth the $$ for you. I will say tho that once you stay concierge it's hard to go back.

Have fun with whatever you decide!
