Concierge on wish

Hi!

I’m staying in the wish tower suite towards the end of the year and originally got an email from the concierge team when I booked way back in August.

I’ve tried responding several times and sent just a straight email asking them questions and have not heard back or even gotten an auto reply. Is there a trick to get them to actually respond to emails?

We had several questions for them and it would be nice if they actually responded.

As an aside: anyone know if you are in the high end rooms (Walt room, wish tower, royal suites, etc) if the concierges can work with WDW DVC resort concierges to help make things happen? (Our trip is WDW, then boat, then WDW and there are some reservations we would like to make sure we get and we’re hoping we could leverage this to make them happen)
 
They eventually (usually)respond, but it may take some time (or at least that is recent experience).
 
When are you actually on the Wish? They are likely handling emails and such mostly in the order of the ship sailing.

As for them coordinating with the resort side, I'd be very surprised if they do that. DCL and WDW Resorts operate under different umbrellas.

If you responded to the email they sent you originally, you will not get an auto-response. If you prepared your email new, then you should have gotten an auto- reply. I know this from experience, because I sent an email with the email address incorrect, forgot the (s) on services, and did not get the reply, so I went back to look and realized I had it wrong. But I will say, I eventually called, because after 1 week, I still had not heard from them and time was running out.

I've tried both. I'm going to try from my husband's email, and see what happens. If that doesn't work, I'll just give them a call.

The Concierge Team will answer your e-mails if you are within the booking window for your excursions etc. If you have questions outside of your booking window the best way to reach them is by phone.

No, the DCL Concierge team does not sync with the Disney World "land" concierge team.
 
Like everyone else, they are understaffed and busy - and as someone stated, dealing with earlier cruises. I would re-ask your questions in your 135 day email when your window opens. i wouldn’t expect they will answer your questions before then. Below is the auto response I received earlier this week for my 135 day email for our 4 Sep trip.
