Concierge meet up upon boarding

I have read on this board about a Concierge meeting that takes place once you board the ship. Can someone tell me if that happens at a specific time or if it is a drop in type meeting? Thank you in advance!

For us, we were escorted to the lounge, offered coffees, cocktails, and finger foods. Soon, a concierge host came over and reviewed our itenerary, gave us meet & greet tickets, signed us up for tastings, and generally welcomed us aboard. It was come and go.
