Concierge mailings sent to my 8 year old??

I'm glad I am not the only one. We are staying at GF concierge in 3 weeks and have been getting mailing addressed to my 8 year old niece. The first mailing I thought it was something special for her and then when we opened it, it was ADR planning stuff. We have gotten a couple things over the past months but I always just think it is a glitch in the system.

This happen to us, with our 5 yo...well everytime I called they would give us our daughters name and what not....It took 3 conversations with different managers to explain she had no purchasing power and to switch it to one of our names.

Though everything was through 1 e-mail account, I would always get the run around that all of this was in her name.

This was what I was wondering - if I was the only one or if this is part of their system. Unless we are the only people this has happened to, it seems they need to correct something in their reservation system. When we first received a mailing addressed to my son I thought it was something geared towards kids of his age and my wife and I let him open it when he got home from school. But inside was our reservation information and itinerary planning suggestions. The next five times mail arrived for him we opened it ourselves. This wouldn't be something I would normally complain about but it just seems very un-Disney-like to me. Also, given the fact that I called and they still won't correct the problem, I feel as if they're not paying close enough attention. Just my opinion. When we stay in concierge levels at other hotels outside of Disney, I always feel there is much more personal attention given to us - but at Disney, it is easy to feel like just one of the masses - again, just my opinion.

I've been told by some cast members that the problem lies with the reservation system they use. If they don't look to see what they are clicking on when booking the reservation then the primary whatever will be possibly the child. I think it's a silly mistake and nothing more. Stuff happens even with a company built up like Disney. I'm sure your son or daughter wasn't complaining about getting the mail anyways huh! I know that my brother flips out everytime he gets mail even if it isn't something important.
