We are currently booked in 2 WL Courtyard View Rooms for Nov 29- Dec 6. DH and I had a lovely weekend at a very posh hotel as a 10th Anniversary present from my parents. It was wonderful and had concierge service. Needless to say, now we both are hooked! This is a very special trip for us to WDW, and we are now considering upgrading to Concierge. We have 3 children who will 5.5 when we go. This will be their first trip and our first back since our honeymoon.

Can anyone please tell me the best reasons for spending the extra money for Concierge? We would probably consider WL or Poly for Concierge. What were your experiences there? Can you give me specifics on what food is served? Is it really that much nicer/better? Are the rooms any different?

Thank you!

We love the WL concierge level. The service they provide is wonderful. We have two DD's 6 and 11. They always have a wonderful time there. The rooms are no different, just the service you receive. While we don't stay concierge just for the food offerings, they are very nice, especially for the kids. It's nice to grab a quick breakfast before heading to the parks, instead of having to do a sit down each morning you are there. The breakfast offerings at WL are pretty nice. Usually cereal, bagels, muffins, pastries, croissants, juices, coffee, milk, etc. Always enough to fill you up. My girls really like the pbj sandwiches they have there. They like coming back from the pool in the afternoon and grabbing a snack. The evening desserts are a nice end to the day. The staff there is really wonderful. They really make you feel special and pampered. They have always been wonderful getting us those last minute PS's. We are booked there in June and have already been contacted by concierge to help with our planning. They are just really magical. And besides concierge level, the Wilderness Lodge is just awesome.

just stayed at the Boardwalk Concierge. I can't say enough about the people that work there. LAUREN. I think Concierge is great because you can get up in the morning. Grab a quick breakfast instead of making a ps and waisting time. Great for mid afternoon snacks and cordials at night. I really like it and think its worth it.
