Concierge floor!

Just a few days left and a new question!

I upgraded our room to Regency Club ( Hyatt regency grand cypress) as I had some points to use up. Apparently this floor is accessed by a card for the elevator. Free drinks and snacks etc.

Not been on a concierge floor before, what can we expect?? What is the tipping rules etc and any other guidance would be more than welcome.

I'm sure you'll love it. We're staying Concierge at the Grand Floridian next September and I must admit I can't wait. I LOVE the GF and Concierge will be the icing on the cake.
