We stayed in a 1 bedroom concierge suite on the Fantasy last year, and loved it. One of my favorite parts was the huge TV in the master bedroom, DH and I watched movies after the kids went to bed. We are thinking about the concierge family stateroom this time, but it looks from the pictures as though there is a picture on the wall across from the bed, and the TV is on a swing arm across from the sofa bed. With the room dividing curtain drawn, will we be able to see the TV from the bed? I thought I saw a picture somewhere of two TVs in the family stateroom, but I can't find it now. Has anyone stayed in one?

I have not stayed in this type of room but from pictures there is only one tv. The tv is the same setup as in non-concierge rooms. The tv is on a arm and you will be able to see it from the bed. The rooms that I think you are thinking of that have 2 televisions are some of the 8A rooms that have the wall between the bed and the sofa.

On the Dream there is only one TV in the Concierge Family Stateroom but on the Fantasy there are two. I hope this helps:thumbsup2

Yeah! I had the same question for our room on the Fantasy. Good to know! TV for the kids and one for the grown ups!

Let's try to recap the situation.

On the Fantasy, all Cat V cabins have a 42" TV at the foot of the bed, mounted on the wall.
They also have the standard issue little TV at the desk.

On the Dream, only the two most forward Cat V's, that connect to the Cat R's, have a 42" TV mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed, similar to "all" the Fantasy Cat V's.
Of course all the Dream Cat V's have the little TV at the desk.

So, all Fantasy Cat V's have 42" TV's at the foot of the beds, in addition to the little TV at the desk.

The Dream only has the wall 42" TV's in Cat V's in 12504 and 12004. These cabins also have different carpet and decor to match the connecting Cat R's. They also have a different door laminate to match the R's fwiw.

All Cat T's on the Dream and Fantasy have 42" TV's at the foot of the bed fwiw.

Hope that makes sense.

What movies were on demand in the room? Are your kids too exhausted from the day to spend much time on the t.v? Thanks!!!

We were on the dream in concierge last year in a one bedroom - the accessible room on that floor (11008). We had a TV at the foot of the bed. There was also one in the main room.

we have 12504 on our upcoming B2B on the Dream, so good to know that we will have a room with a larger TV! :drinking:

The OP is asking about the Cat V not the Cat T. On the Dream, most Cat V's only have 1 TV.

It would be really nice if you could post some pictures. We have 12004 on the Fantasy Nov. 14 and I have not been able to find any online. It would be fun to see what's different compared to the regular cat Vs. We also have a 1-bedroom (12012), but I'd actually rather try 12004 (or 12504) than try to get connected rooms. It's funny, even with all the online reviews, videos, etc., I still have questions about these rooms myself.

what's the difference between Cat T and Cat V?

A Cat V is basically just a Cat 4/family stateroom with Verandah, except it's in concierge and has slightly different decor.

A Cat T is an actual 1-bdrm suite, also in concierge. .
