Concierge @ Contemporary Perks?

We've never done anything Concierge! But this may be our last trip down for some time and I booked 2 nights Club level.

Can anyone tell me what to expect, what not to miss out on?

Perhaps I am not the best to respond because I don't take my trip to CR Concierge until November but I can say that CR Concierge (specifically Becky) has been absolutely fabulous in helping me plan my trip from PS's to recreation and fireworks cruise. Also, we will be celebrating dh's 40th and they are birthday elves arranging gifts in the room for me. If the service I receive onsite is anything like what I've recieved so far we are in for the vacation of our lives. I also hear that there is food in the lounge area available throughout the day. But my goal was help with itinerary planning.

Which concierge did you book? Regular (full, 14th floor) or lite, 12th floor (Tower Club).

The CR's 14th floor is wonderful!
could use a little refurb in a couple of places, but other than that, it is one of the BEST CLs on property!
Location, room size, food and drink offerings, CM service!
Just awesome!
