When you book a concierge collection room, do you just call member services and can they tell you availability on the phone or do you have to hear back later? Is the $95 fee per week? How hard is it to book these resorts? Has anyone stayed at any and liked/disliked them and why? Is it easier than booking an RCI?

What about Club Intrawest Resorts? Easy to book? Nice resorts?

I booked our reservations at Washington DC Mandarin Oriental about 2 weeks ago. It was very easy. Call member services and request your location and dates ( I had 2 back up dates just in case) while I was on the phone she went into the computer to find availability. Everything was completed while I was on the phone and I got my confirmation letter about 1 week later. I really don't think it took any more time than a regular vacation request. Good luck!

Hotel del Coronado

If so, how easy was booking and were they nice?
