concierge collection

Hi, My son is getting married next May. We want to send them on their honeymoon to Hawaii and use the Grand Wailea in Disney's concierge collection. I've called Disney to make the reservation and they don't know how many points will be needed for next year.
My question is do others have experience making this type of reservation; how long will it be before Disney is ready; will rooms be available; I was hoping to make all of the reservations as early as possible; any ideas?

My experience is that Concierge Collection points charts don't come out until VERY LATE the year prior. Usually some time in the fall. This may make it difficult to plan for you. It is a pain. We had a Hawaii trip this year, and I wanted to use points at the Grand Wailea, but it took so long for the points to come out that I finally gave up and made other plans.
