What type of requests have you made with the Disney World Resort concierge club staff during the pre-planning stage and during the actual stay. There seems to be a unwritten policy of honoring any request big or small. At what point does something go from "included in the nightly rate" to available at "an additional fee." What are the tipping policies, etc.

It's really not true that there is an unwritten policy of honoring any request big or small. If you have an idea of something you'd like, call the IPO for your resort. They can tell you if it's possible, and what the cost will be. Sometimes they will tell you it's best if you contact Disney Florist yourself, rather than trying to relay your requests (and payment) through them. It depends on the IPO. They do occasionally do something small to honor birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Don't count on this, though. I hope this helps answer your question.

Read through the first page of the CL thread, has lots of info!

As far as tipping goes, the thread has info about that, but basically, they can't accept $$ tips, but gifts (except alcoholic ones) are allowed and appreciated.

We've only requested specific rooms/views and had them make a tour reservation once. Generally we take care of things ourselves and don't use the CL staff that much.

Thank you for the feedback and link to CL details. My ADR's are already made so I wasnt sure what other opportunities are available, or what requests were commonly made/accepted other than view, bedding, birthdays, etc.
