My upcoming trip will be my 1st ever CL:banana:
We are spending 3 nights @ AKLV CL, then switching to 5 nights @ BWV.
Do I call DVC MS for the ME as I normally would? Or is CL supposed to handle our ME arrangements?

pas130 thank you we will it will be our Anniversary so we splurged and decided to go CL and I have been wanting to stay at AKL since it opened so I am very excited.

You're welcome. Happy Anniversary, you will love AKL! I'm taking DH to WL CL for our anniversary. We went to Vegas 7 years ago for a vow renewal (we never honeymooned we were young parents when we were first married), but I think this will top Vegas by far!!! I am trying to keep it a surprise (he thinks we will be at POR).

I am excited for you!!!

Jen, we always use DVC...:thumbsup2

We stayed AKL CL last September and absolutely loved it! We didn't use the lounge much, because our priority was the parks, but I HIGHLY recommend the sunrise safari. You cannot do this unless you are AKL CL, so take the opportunity. The safari was amazing, and breakfast was phenomenal.

Does anyone remember if the lounges have to-go coffee cups with lids you can drink though (like Starbucks, et al)? Or if they have these in the room?

I can't remember and though I don't drink coffee these are great for my little one's milk in the morning. (Most hotels have them now but I can't recall if Disney was one of them.)

Or, alternatively, has anyone had any luck getting to-go cups with lids and straws from the lounge? I was planning on getting some chocolate soy milk (his wake-up beverage of choice and, hey, it's vacation) unless, of course, the lounge has some.

I know they offer chocolate Nesquick (or whatever it's called) and I think they said they had soy milk but I don't know if they had flavored soy. (The plain stuff tastes pretty gross.)

They do have coffee cups with starbucks-style to go lids.

I haven't seen flavoured soy-milk though.

Staying at BW next Christmas...Deluxe Club Level room. I know all of those rooms are on floors 3 & 4...I know those particular rooms have a guaranteed boardwalk view...but my question...do they all have a balcony?

Cant find the info anywhere.

If I need to request it, can I do that online on my reservation? Do I need to call WDW? Or can I make that request with the IP people in my email?

Thanks!

Yes they do :) Enjoy your stay there - the Boardwalk looks beautiful at Christmas time :)

We stayed in a 4th floor one (same floor as the lounge) and there was a balcony, with chairs, but they are slightly smaller than the 3rd floor balconies. To us, it was WELL worth the smaller size to be on the same floor as the lounge.

These are the 6 Deluxe rooms above the bakery. Hopefully you can tell what I mean about the size difference between the 3rd floor and 4th.

Thanks so much! I can totally see the difference in size of the balcony. We are hoping to get a 4th floor one to be closer to the lounge :)

Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else.IPO sent my info to someone else's email address.I don't even know where they got this email address-it's an address I've never had.Now I'm concerned someone has my information.I'm planning on calling in the morning.

The same thing happened to me last year. I received someone else's itenirary that included all their vacation info, names, ages and dates, as well as their cell phone and email info.

When I expressed some concern that someone else had MY info, they seemed confused as to why this would bother me. Nothing ever came of it and I had almost forgotten until I read the message above. (Since I keep all my emails, I'm sure I still have it somewhere.)

I keep getting PIN codes for another family. I've called twice, and it still hasn't changed. Worst part, they won't let me use the codes.

We've stayed in the center 3rd floor balcony room twice (by chance!) and loved it. It's really not too bad to get to the lounge once you figure out there's a flight of stairs, so you don't have to go all the way back to the elevator...
