The CM from customer service put me through to Anne @ BC IPO. She couldn't explain why I didn't receive a respnse but apologized and said they will deliver Sprite Zero to our room. I wish I had been able to speak with Ann from the beginning. I now feel better about our trip. Thanks so much for your response! :flower3:

Glad you found someone to help. That's a lesson I've learned when calling reservations, if you can't get what you need, politely say you'll call back and the next CM can usually help. Sounds like it's the same with IPO.

I have been dealing with Amanda at the Poly IPO and she's just been absolutely fabulous. She was able to reserve our cabana for us this morning and has handled all of our requests far beyond my expectations. :thumbsup2

Not exact words, just the impression I got. I made it clear in my first email that we were new to CL. I guess I was (over) expecting some guidance. Maybe a sentence saying "Hey! Come straight to CL when you arrive, we'll check you in." If it weren't for this thread, I wouldn't know that. Maybe an offer of services they provide. It offers no information, whatsoever.
The email does welcome us to the Boardwalk and offer assistance (which is all it says), should we need it. I guess my concern is, if you are a new guest to Club Level, you might not know what assistance to ask for. I also was expecting them to make first contact, which didn't happen.

Have stayed CL at the Poly twice - vowed last year never to do it again - both the Poly & CL.
I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time!
Also curious as to why. This is what we have booked.
 
Does IPO give you a print out of you adrs when you arrive? Poly IPO made adrs for us but we changed the times for a few of them. Do you notify IPO of the changes you have made to your itinerary/dining reservations?
The last time we actually made an ADR before we arrived to WDW was in August 2008 at Fulton's Crab House which we made ourself. However when we arrived for our Club Level stay at the Contemporary we got a print out of it when we checked-in. Prior to that they did the same thing when we made two ADR's for dinner at Boma a few years before.
 
I'm thinking about staying CL the next time i go to WDW.

But i keep reading about the 180 day mark, what does this mean? Is it the maximum time you can do anything in advance? (ADR's etc)

What would i need to sort out before the 180 day mark then?

When you are 180 days away from your 1st night at WDW it's when you can start making ADR's for everyday of your vacation. Now you can do them yourself by calling 407 - WDW - DINING or making the ADR's on the WDW website.

If you want the IPO department for the resort you are staying Club Level to make them you need to let them know before your 180 day mark. So basically tell them the names, times and dates you want and they will start working on making them when your 180 day mark starts.

I have a quick question, I am staying club level next week at CR. My flight doesn't leave until 7pm. Can I still use the lounge after I check out?

I will be staying CL @ the Beach Club this Nov. (the 24th to be exact). Since I have not stayed CL before I have a question. Should I have been contacted by someone by now or am I supposed to contact them (if so, who do I contact)? Sorry if this is a stupid question, this is all new to me.

Just wanted to hop on to say how happy I am with the Contemporary's Intinerary planners. I had made all of my dining reservations online before we actually booked our CL stay (to make sure we could get what we wanted for the dates we wanted). Then I had the IPO help me with a barbershop ressie after the fact.

Today, I realized that I'd scheduled that reservation just an hour before our WCC ressie. I called the IPO, and she was totally friendly and helpful, and helped me move the barbershop to a different day. Not only that, but then she sent me an itinerary that somehow has ALL of our reservations on it, even the ones I made myself. I"m so glad to have them all on one document, so I can see where I need to be when.

After having a minor freak-out about the weather forecast for next week, I'm back to being really excited for this trip!

the CL CM's were AMAZING!!! (there is a special place in our hearts for Lynn, who upgraded us to theme park view!!!!!!!)

We were treated like royalty and enjoyed our trip 200% more because of all the CM's in the CL office and in the CL lounge!. Wow... awesome.

Give it until your 185 day mark or so. I first heard from the AKL IPO's at my 190 day mark and it looks like you are still at 198 days. If you don't hear from them in the next 10 days or so e-mail them. :thumbsup2

Good morning

I hope someone here can provide me with a current EMail address for me to contact the IPO at the Wilderness Lodge.

My daughter, grand daughter and myself have an upcoming trip beginning of September and have a couple of requests they should be able to handle for me.

If someone could give me this information or tell me where to go to get it I would really appreciate it.
