This is our first time staying CL :cool1: I have a quick question - if we asked, would they provide one of the refillable mugs? I know we don't need them since we have the lounge, but I haven't gotten one of the new styles yet, so I would end up purchasing one anyway. Just a thought, and since I'm a first-timer, I don't want to be rude and overstep...:rolleyes1

Unless you happen to stay Club Level with the Dining Plans that include the mugs then you won't get them when staying Club Level. However since the lounges have all the cans of Soda you want then you won't need to purchase the mugs.

I know... I just want the mug, not necessarily the soda that goes in them:hippie: I use the mugs every day for my little bit of Disney magic at home - gotta start my morning right!:surfweb:

Does anyone know how I can find a couple BCR Club Level trip reports? I have yet to figure out how the trip reports work. It's completely confusing to me. I find ont...then it keeps branching off to other posts and I really can't follow the process. So, I've hit dead ends trying to find, specifically BCR Club Level, reports. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Recieved a call yesterday from Grand Floridian IPO. Just verifying our info & to check if we need anything arranged (10 days til GF). :goodvibes He said we should have recieved a call from YC IPO @ 10 days prior, but we didn't. Didn't matter to me; we are on Deluxe dining & have all our ADRs made long ago. Only 4 days to go!!!!!! :woohoo: :goodvibes

I got home last week, and I just realized I didn't post on here. We LOVED Sugarloaf! I actually booked our 2012 trip today, and found myself hard pressed to not book GF again. But DH wants the Poly, so this is a present to him...

Anyway, we drove to the GF, arriving around 1230pm I think. The bellman took our luggage and I put my little guy in the stroller expecting to walk to Sugarloaf to check in, meanwhile DH took the car to self parking. I took one picture of the kids by the carriage outside, and as I was clicking the pic I was approached by the SL CM. He said our rooms were ready, had a folder in hand, and walked us to a Pargo (the large carts they drive around). Not only did we get driven to SL, but they picked up DH first. :cloud9: When we checked in, in our room, our Pargo driver (who was sooo nice) filled our ice buckets and showed us around the room. What a great start!

All the CMs remembered us all by name, and they were very playful with my kids. It was a cozy building, not stuff at all. And 1 minute away from the main building and courtyard pool. The food and beverages were constantly replenished.

We were even given a late check out (as requested). This was our first Gf stay, and only our 2nd CL stay. I would go back in a heartbeat!!!!

I am not sure if anyone else ever heard from the IPO this fast because 2 days after we made our BWI CL reservation for December 2011, we already got our welcome letter from the BWI IPO while we were already at WDW.

Hi everyone! I've read through much of this awesomely informative thread and I had a quick question.

I recently changed my reservation from Poly to CR. As part of the AP discount, the only room available for our first night was an MK-view Atrium Club room. So we'll stay there for one night before moving to a non-club Bay Lake view room for the rest of our stay.

My question is... Is there anything we should think about doing with our one night on CL? We plan to utilize the food and drinks in the club and will watch Wishes from the balcony. But is there anything else I should think about doing? I'm a complete CL newbie!

Thanks for any help you can give. :worship:

Remember that you can use the CL lounge until midnight of the day you checkout, so in theory you should have access to the lounge on the first afternoon and evening when you switch to the non-CL room. :)

Thanks! I thought that's what I had heard. That works out perfectly because we have MNSSHP the night of our arrival so we were hoping to watch Wishes from CL on our second night. I'm so excited to try CL, even if it's just for one night.

Well technically you can only use the CL lounge until 10:00 PM because that's the time when they all close for the evening.

Just a heads up for those who are staying Club Level at the Boardwalk Inn. In the next couple of months they are going to be testing out a new menu of food items to be served from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Think it will be the new menu when I'm there Nov 10th? Did you hear any other details about what kind of changes would be made?

Hmm...wonder what they will do instead?! I was so hoping to try a few dinner goodies from Kouzzina w/o having to go to the restraunt...phooey! Oh well, my trip is still so far away, it might change 10 more times between now and then! :lmao:

Pas I'm so glad to hear your glowing review of SL. I can't wait to check into the GF in just 18 days. :cloud9:

I will say that this past trip GF got back to me same day. AND for my upcoming trip WL twice has replied within 2 hours :worship:

We're going in December, so I'll be interested to see how this plays out (and sure to review once we get back!). Thanks for the heads up!

No problem and looking at our tickers it seems that we will be at the BWI around the same time, so maybe I will see you in the lounge.
