We expire on the 17th but we're going to take advantage of the 15mo renewal for the price of 12 this yr. That should get us through next fall easily.

 WDW got an extra trip out of us this year due to that promo!! We expired on 5/28 so we're getting in just under the wire (have to renew by 6/28 to get the "renewal" rate). We start out next Tuesday at SSR (staying on points), but then HAD to add 4 nights at AKL-CL!!! :cloud9:

We just decided to add another day to our stay at BWI CL deluxe. :cool1:We're now going to be there from Aug. 18-24. And we added the water park option. My kids and husband love the water parks! :thumbsup2 I can't wait!:goodvibes

Well there is nothing better then an extra day at WDW.

So true! Since I'm using the summer 40% offer, I wanted to see what my savings would be comparing the same package with the nondiscounted price. The deluxe rooms at BWI are now no longer available for the week I'll be there. Oops, didn't mean to take the last of the availability. But I did find out that I'm saving a large amount of money using the code. Thank goodness for it. :goodvibes

I just checked the WDW website for August 20 - 25 with the 40% room only, which are the days of our Deluxe Room reservation at the Boardwalk and it's also sold out.

It's also sold out for our dates when I look for it as a regular room only reservation without any discounts, plus it's also sold out for the dates you will be there when I once again looked under a regular room only reservation.

Yep! I noticed the same thing. But there's still regular concierge rooms left and cottages as well. Do you or anyone else know how many deluxe concierge rooms there are at BWI? Now we know they're all booked for the good part of the mid to end of August.

The only thing I know is there are some located on both the 3rd and 4th floors, which I learned from this thread. However I am just happy we got our Deluxe Room before they sold out.

I have a question! I've asked IPO to note that July 8th (we'll be there all that week) is our 10th wedding anniversary for our ADRs for that day. Also, since my DH had a heart attack a month ago, I asked that they note that he's on a sodium-restricted diet.

Yesterday I asked them to send me an updated itinerary, and neither of those things were noted. So my actual question is this: Does it mean that they haven't been noted since I'm not seeing it on the itinerary, or could they have been noted but not show up on the itinerary?

When IPO first booked some of our ADRs, I did see "Note: Happy 10th Anniversary!" next to one of our ADRs for that day, but we changed that to a different restaurant, and now I don't see anything noted at all. :confused3 Thanks.

Sea Spray, can't answer your question, but hope your husband is well and you guys have a great trip.

Hi SeaSpray!

I would ask again that IPO notes that that day is your wedding anniversary (congratulations by the way! :goodvibes) just to make sure that they have the info correctly. ;)

As far as dietary requirements, when we got our itinerary from IPO for our April Poly trip, it did not show on the sheet they sent me that I have a tree nut allergy, yet it was noted on all of our ADR's.

Hope this helps! :goodvibes

We will be there over my and Dh's birthdays (4th and 10th) and have asked for that to be noted on our ADRs for those days. Even though it doesn't show on our itinerary that they emailed, I've been assured that it's there. Try pulling your ADRs up on the WDW website and see if it's noted there.:confused3

It's best to contact specialdiets@disneyworld.com regarding dietary requests. They'll email you a form to fill out with your ADRs and dietary restrictions. Also let them know you're staying CL. They take care of notifying the Private Dining chef who handles CL food. We did this for my kids allergies. When you get to the resort, call the private dining chef to discuss CL food options for your DH. When you dine at TS restaurants, a chef will come to your table and ask what your DH would like to eat and how it will be prepared to make it according to his dietary requirements.

SeaSpray - just wanted to say so sorry to hear about your dh's health problems.

Hope things are going better for your family.

Enjoy your vacation.

Can RPC guest access the Sugar Loaf lounge?

Thanks!

When I called central reservations to check on my upcoming GF RPC stay I asked the CM this same question. She told me my KTTW card would access the Sugar Loaf lounge, but not the other way around. That said, central reservtion CM occasionally give out incorrect information. I suggest going to the GF FAQ thread and posting your question there. Sazzo'sMommy is at the GF RPC right now and will be posting while there. She might be able to help you.

Thanks, hopefully that's the way it'll be for us. And we'll definitely make sure that it's noted when we check in to each restaurant.

Thanks for the suggestion! Last night I went online and pulled up one of our reservations (dinner on the night of our actual anniversary) and nothing was noted. :confused3 They give you the option to note a celebration, so I did. :) Even if it is already noted but not visible, I figured it couldn't hurt to add it in.
