Concierge Cancellation ?'s

We are going to downsize our fall trip, so we are canceling our concierge stay.

I really hate it due to the wonderful IPO and all the planning they have done for us.:sad2:

So, here is my question:
Do I need to email them and let them know so they can cancel our ADR's, does it happen automatically when we change our ressie, or should I do that myself?:confused3

If you cancel a Club Level reservation and the IPO Cast Members have already made your ADR's, I think you can still keep them so they are not effected. However if want to call or e-mail the IPO there is nothing wrong with telling them, so this way they would not need to contact you for anything else.
 
That is correct. What they have already done for you will remain. You've no need to contact them.
