We are booked into Paradise Pier Concierge and are wondering what all the little perks are here. We have stayed Concierge at WDW and know what to expect there, but unsure at Disneyland. This is only or second trip so we want to try to get more out of it than we did last year.

Do they help plan your ADRs and such? Does anyone have any information about the lounge?

Thanks in advance.

I would also be interested to know, as we are thinking of possibly changing our reservation from the HOJO now that dad is coming with us to Paradise Pier concierge, just to give him a bit more of a great experience on his first overseas trip for 25yrs!. How does paradise pier and HOJO compare?
What is concierge like at PP?:wizard:

You are in for pretty much the same experience you had in WDW! The lounge will give you plenty of goodies and treats - as well as unlimited beverages (and bottles of water to take to the park.

They will give you DVDs to watch in your room, help you make Tour reservations and Priority Seatings (PS) - that's an ADR here, as well as give you advice to make your days easier. They can even help you locate merchandise. (I've never asked if they will acquire items for you and charge them to your room, but I imagine they do - especially considering how many VIPs cross their paths at Disney and need gifts for their kids.)

I would imagine they would also help with ordering special request cakes, flowers, baskets, and the like. Pretty much ask them anything - they can only say no!

I believe you also have access to them before your trip, as well, to help you get ready!

Thanks for the insight. We loved our trip last Christmas so much that we bought DVC! We have made numerous trips to WDW, staying at various resorts but last years was the epitome of convenience and luxury.

I have 2 kids who are Disney Nuts (DS13 and DD16). They picked Paradise Pier and we are using our incentive points for the stay. I don't have the first idea what to request. We have booked theme park view. Do you know what levels have concierge or what might be preferable.

It seems like there is so much more WDW informaiton available. We are trying to research which restaurants need ADRs and which we want to go to, as well as where else we want to go in Anaheim. This is an ideal trip for us as we are spending 2 days before and after in Hollywood, one week in Disneyland and than almost a week at a convention in Anaheim at the Marriott. It's pretty exciting but daunting from a planning standpoint. Any insight is welcome.
