We're gold member Hilton Honors members. Are the folks at the Hilton pretty good about the "free" upgrade to the suites? How are the Suites? How is the food and ammenities in the concierge lounge? and finally, we have freinds who are not Hilton Honors members... will they be allowed in the concierge lounge as our guests?
