Concierge at the Contemporary

We are planning our second trip to the World and are thinking of trying the Contemporary. We stayed at the Poly. last trip. We are crazy enough to be going over spring break and I have 2 questions for you pros!! How crazy will it be the week after Easter? We went in Oct. last and I think we were spoiled by the lack of people. Second, where in the Contemporary are the concierge rooms located? Are they in the tower or the smaller buildings? I have learned so much from these postings! Thanks for all of your great thoughts and ideas!

there are 2 types of concierge at the cr. the 12th floor is light concierge and the 14th floor is full concierge. the main difference is the food offerings. the 12th floor only gives you breakfast and afternoon snacks. the 14th floor has dinner appatizers and cordials the 14th floor also serves alchol and soda and the 12th just has bottled water and lemonade. the service is the same as far as the cms. the 14th floor also has a real lounge and the 12th floor has tables by the elevator. also the 14th floor has suites if that is what you are looking for the 12th has regular rooms. the 14th has some regular rooms but not many.
we stayed 12th floor and lo9ved it we did not need food in the evening since we were not at the hotel then. both these floors are in the tower. there is no concierge in the wings. hop this helped.

oh as for going ester we have never attempted that . we also go in oct and that is when we will be going again this year. i have heard the crowds are brutal during any of the school break times!

We just stayed at the CR 14th floor CL, it was marvelous! Because there are only 16 rooms on the entire floor it's very quiet and peaceful, and you get lots of special attention from the CM's. I'd do that again in a heartbeat.
