Concierge At Contemporary????

We stayed at the Contemporary on the 12th floor which if I'm not mistaken is called the Tower Club, our 1st time being in 1997 in July. That was our 1st time staying in a Deluxe and boy what a memory that was as compared to 10 nights in Aruba at CBR. in Dec. of 1996!!!!!. Having said that we have stayed at many deluxe resorts with Concierge and looking back the "TOWER CLUB" pales in comparison. Just wanted to know if there will be a true concierge on the 12th as well as the 14th floor at the Contemporary when their re-hab is done? Thanks, Chip.

Right now 12th floor is under rennovation and the "light concierge" that used to be on 12 has moved to the newly rennovated 10th floor. It is now called the Atrium Club.

When it returns to the 12th floor it will have full concierge offerings and a full lounge....but until it returns to the 12th floor it is still "light offerings" remember that is Atrium Club now

14th floor is now called Tower Club and it is suites (mostly, there are still 3 or 4 regular rooms I believe) and full concierge service. To my knowledge it has not been rennovated yet and I do not know when it is slated for rennovation.

All of the tower was originally supposed to be redone by 6/2006 but I am not sure that schedule is still in effect....they have really slowed down the pace of rennovations in the tower to keep more rooms open.
