Hope you can help. Just booked a deluxe room at AKL does this mean we will be able to use concierge or is it extra?

You have to have booked a Concierge room to be able to use the Concierge lounge etc

Deluxe rooms are the same room type as concierge and can be either savannah or pool view. All the deluxe rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. The room configurations are either 2 queen beds, 1 queen and a bunk bed, king bed and day bed (handicap accessible). As far as I know the only difference between a deluxe and a standard room is size.

Concierge costs a little more than deluxe and is exclusively on the 6th floor.

To be honest, view wise, the lower floors are better because you can see under the tree line. On the higher floors you are looking out over tree tops.
