Concierge and wanting a cabana

I am traveling concierge and really want a cabana on serenity. How likely is it that I wouldn't be able to get one? We are going in Sept. Besides requesting it early anything I can do to increase my chances of getting one?

All you can do is request it at the 125 day point. Since you are concierge and trying for Serenity and not family beach I imagine you will have no problem getting it. Since only 18+ are allowed to be at Serenity those cabanas don't go as fast.

Emailing the request to the concierge staff at 125 days should be sufficient. Our 120-day mark was today. I logged in this morning to find that the concierge staff had booked everything, including a specific cabana, just as we had requested.

I just checked, and there are still 2 cabanas available on Serenity Bay for our cruise at 10:30 am on the 120th day out.

You shouldn't have any problem at all. We were in concierge on the Fantasy earlier this month and we had no problem getting one on the family beach. I just told them when they called me at 125 days. Enjoy your cruise!

Make sure you have your cruise paid in full. I had to delay my last payment due to a last minute issue (though still paid before paid in full due date). I was not going to book a cabana, but if I had wanted to have concierge do it at 120 days, I would not have been able to have it booked.

Now, I ended up having my last payment at about 110 days out and I still found 1 cabana available if I had wanted it.

Saved up over a year for this and I am paid in full. I am 149 days and 5 hours out lol. Thanks for the news about the cabana. It's encouraging!

On our last 4 Concierge cruises we were able to book the SB Cabana that we wanted. The last one I forgot to put in at 12:01 am, called shoreside 3 days later and still got it.

Just send an email at 125 days out to DCL.Concierge.Services@disney.com and then you dont have to worry about it. They will take care of it for you. The concierge requests get filled before opening it up to the platinum cruisers.

We like #25. It's the last one on SB and a bit more private. I don't mind the walk to the BBQ/restroom, but you can ring for the cart to pick you up if needed.
