Concierge and Tonga Suites

I have 2 questions...The first is which resort has the best concierge service??? We have a reservation in a Lodge concierge room @ the GF in Novemger.

2...Has anyone stayed in one of the Tonga suites @ the Poly??? Please tell me how big thet are and how they are set up...any pictures???

I don't know which resort offers the best concierge, but I can give you my opinion on the lodge at GF. This resort offers 2 levels of concierge service, the main building and the lodge. Other than the pre-planning help and the food offerings throughout the day, I wasn't overly impressed with the lodge. You can get much better MK views from other buildings and the lounge area, was simply the main floor with some extra seating and food. The main building concierge rooms overlook the lobby, the lounge is spacious and very airy. Evening offerings are extended later than the lodge building and also include wine and cordials. The ambience is wonderful, listening to the piano or house orchestra each evening while sipping a glass of wine is especially relaxing. It is more expensive than the lodge however. In my opinion, unless you're really sold on the GF lodge, then I would look at some of the other resorts who offer better views and better concierge set ups.
