We are considering a 5-day in February. We have done 5 Disney cruises, but I've never booked something so soon to the date, under these new protocols. I know there used to be the "180 days out send your email at midnight thing." Can someone tell me what the onboard booking windows are currently? I know capacities are lower right now, but wondering if at this point, we already missed out on trying for a cabana or some onboard activities. Thanks!

Concierge books activities 125 days out, by emailing a wish list to the concierge team.

So then the question is, what are the days for all the other levels? We are already past that 125 day mark.

Cabanas are always taken by concierge first thing, so the other booking dates don't really matter if your main interest is a cabana. If you're concierge and booked late, you can ask to be put on the waitlist once you've paid in full, and if you're not concierge, you can put in a request to be waitlisted upon boarding the ship. The latter is how I got my cabana on my last cruise.

I appreciate the listing of these timelines.

We do concierge because we want the cabana and need the extra space in the room. Looking at this, though, concierge, platinum and gold have already been able to book so it seems like there would be none left...unless the ship isn't that full and people aren't that interested...wishful thinking!

I upgraded to concierge mid sept for a cruise next week. Called concierge services and got a cabana no problem. I wasn’t expecting to get one. So you can always ask.
