We have just returned home from a stay there and loved every second. The staff up there really are the best of the best, they made us feel so welcome. Loved the daily turn down service and chocolates on the pillow

Thank you! Can you give me an idea of their food service. I heard you get concierge help and villa housekeeping too??

Yes you get daily housekeeping. The food at breakfast you get pastries, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, cereal. Then at lunch it's snack like chips, pretzels, gummie bears. Appetisers are prepared by a chef and there are 2 choices a night, my favourite was Monday with the corn cake topped with a spicy sweet chicken. Then desserts which were different each day, cakes, tarts etc

IMO the views from the rooms are weak at best, our experience with concierge was a line to get help and same level of service is available in the lobby.

We have stayed on the concierge level a few times. I actually prefer the pool view rooms, but you get what you get. The food service is very good. Free soda and adult beverages is great. If there is not a beverage out that you want, you can always ask and they will bring it out. If you are more than 180 days from arrival, you could send your ADR preferences to the concierge planners and they can get them reserved for you. I don't think they offer any unique tours for concierge guests anymore.
