Concierge AKV reservation...

I'm calling in the morning to try to get a concierge studio for a week. I totally forgot to call Member Services today to figure out the sequence of numbers I have to push to get through to MS without having to listen to the recordings!!! If I weren't trying to book concierge I wouldn't worry about it, but since I'm trying for a Sunday check in I'm pretty sure my chances of getting what I want are lower anyway, so I'd like any advantage I can get! I'm not one to walk a reservation...
