Going on our first cruise in May and the 120-day window is Jan 17th. First question: what time does the booking window open?

Also, I got an email from the shoreside concierge saying I could send them requests 125 days before the cruise. But it sounds like they still wait until the 120-day window.

If I'm willing to do the booking right when the window opens, is there any advantage to have shoreside concierge do it? If the window opens at midnight, I assume doing it myself will be more likely to get a cabana?

Thanks so much!

My understanding is that shoreside concierge will actually put your requests into the system in advance and they get processed automatically when the window opens at midnight. I don't think you can login as fast as it will process. I'd get your requests to shoreside at the 125-day mark and let them handle it.

Enjoy your cruise!

We are going on our first cruise in February. I was contacted by email from shoreside concierge and after 2 or 3 back and forth messages they had all my requests. I was curious to see if we got a cabana (and to ensure we did) I logged in at midnight and found that all my requested activities were already there.

Wait to 125 days out for the email, you will be in good hands.

Yes. If you email at 125 days, they will "schedule" your requests. Then, they will be populated in the system as soon as it opens. This allows concierge guests to book first even before platinum.
